_What's on the menu_

  • Show what you can do and make your shift crew the epitome of great food and excellent service: as a shift leader, you know exactly what needs to be done to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • You independently manage the daily operations in your shift and ensure efficient processes in the restaurant.
  • You are the first, always friendly point of contact for our guests and Vapianisti for any concerns.
  • You plan and coordinate the onsite shifts for your team members, always keeping the schedule and company guidelines in mind.
