Description
Ensure daily compliance with all operating procedures. Oversee operations and implement management.- Execute Franchisorapproved marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Adopt and execute operational procedures of Keding Enterprises.
- Formulate regular reports to the franchisor on performance indicators and metrics set.
- Experience in related fields/industries is a plus.
- Require online training twice a month and 2 weeks of training in Taiwan (optional)
- Experience in sales and business development is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are musts

From $150,000.00 per year
