Position Overview

What you'll do
-
Technology Leadership:


Guide the strategic use of technology within the student success framework to ensure optimal retention rates and to enhance the effectiveness of coaching.

Data Analytics:


Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of student retention and success metrics, using data to drive decisions and improvements in student support strategies.

Collaborative Innovation:

Work closely with the Product & BizOps teams to advocate for and guide the development of new tools and features that enhance student outcomes

Training and Development:

Ensure that all student success staff are proficient in using the latest technology tools and data insights to optimize their workflows and student interactions.


About you

You'll fit right in if you have/are:


  • Experience:

3-5 years in a technology-driven role within an educational, tech, or related setting, with a proven track record in data analytics, project management, or EdTech.

Communication Skills**: Possess outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex technical concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including non-technical team members.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues, develop solutions, and drive critical initiatives forward.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Agile and adaptable, able to swiftly navigate changes and lead teams through evolving educational landscapes and technological advancements.

Passion for Learning and Growth:

Committed to personal and professional growth, constantly seeking new knowledge and staying abreast of the latest trends in educational technology.

Creative Thinkers:

Innovative and creative in approach, using an engineering mindset to develop and implement scalable, efficient tech solutions that enhance student engagement and success.

New York, NY (Hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm)
