Clear Path Pediatric Therapy LLC is a small, clinician owned private practice offering various services to local school districts, private schools, and cyber schools in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, and York counties.

Our team currently consists of Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. Our therapists are placed across South Central PA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the onboarding process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Run payroll and assist with submitting invoices
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Implement and maintain HIPAA procedures and guidelines
