    Description

    UG2 is looking for a highly motivated, self-directed Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in our Boston office. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working on a variety of marketing and communication programs with a heavy focus on social media, event support, and content development. Key responsibilities include:

    • Assist in ongoing campaigns to drive awareness for UG2 services.
    • Assist with the design and execution of high impact digital campaigns using appropriate content, techniques, tools, and channels (whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, video, website, email, webinars, infographics, social media, etc.).?
    • Play a key role in UG2s social media execution and development.
    • Manage and maintain UG2s content libraries (email, digital and graphic assets)
    • Work with UG2 regional Centers of Excellence and provide marketing and communication support for their local business development and operations teams.
    • Partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, IT and other departments daily
    • Develop sales tools and aids that support our business development efforts.
    • Track and manage strategic partner marketing and industry association relationships to maximize awareness and impact.
    • Help with corporate communications strategies, including Thought Leadership activities.
    • Assist with the creation and management of content for the website and other marketing initiatives.
    • Assist with the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
    • Interact with external marketing agencies, partners, and vendors.
    • Assist with the development of internal communication messages and programs.
    • Measure, track and report on program results on an ongoing basis.
    • Perform basic design functions as needed (i.e. creating and editing graphics for digital needs)
    • Stay current with and apply latest marketing best practices; Be a student of our industry and discipline.
    • Effectively work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of a constantly changing and growing organization.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum 1-3 years marketing experience, agency experience a plus.
    • BS or BA in Marketing, Communications or other relevant discipline.?
    • Creative, self-starter, highly motivated team-player with roll-up sleeves attitude and the ability to make informed decisions quickly within a fast-paced environment.
    • Data and analytical skills to help measure marketing metrics.
    • Strong project management skills and great attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication - including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.?
    • Working knowledge and successful experience with many or all of the following is a plus but not required:
    • Hubspot
    • SEO, SEM, PPC
    • Email Marketing Campaigns (Marketing Automation a plus)
    • Social Media
    • PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
    • Basic/Intermediate Design Skills
    • B2B and/or Services Marketing experience preferred.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $55,000.00 per year
