Larkspur is looking for a Business Engineer, Mathematician, or Logistics Specialist to join our team as a Support Employee and Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for IT Support.

With almost 40 years of experience, CIM is known for its innovative warehouse management software, long-term customer relationships, and fair company culture.

Our team of 100 employees is dedicated to ensuring a successful future for CIM and our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for our warehouse management software and managing the service hotline
  • Independently resolving support tickets and proactively addressing customer inquiries
  • Responding to customer requests and providing solutions.
