Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

What will you be doing as Program Support Associate?

Assisting in implementing and executing all sales and marketing programs, solutions and enhancing the customer communication experience, ensuring the growth of the company.
- Providing administrative support as well as performing research, customer followup, creating reports and maintaining spreadsheets to deliver insights and information regarding markets, competitors, customers and effectiveness of campaigns and programs, in support of business decisions and ROI.
- Provide logístical planning assistance.
- Make recommendations and ensure clear execution of internal company communications, including newsletters, memorandums, and documents to all branch team members within the region.
- Participating in the development and execution of showroom merchandising strategies.
- Provide intelligence gathered within the market to support market research for determining brand perceptions, understanding customer needs, evaluating market penetration, and analyzing competitors.
- Working with marketing to identify modern marketing and social networking opportunities to expand market presence and ensure we are staying ahead of the curve.
- Supporting marketing, sales, and store support teams on special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
What we are looking for in a Program Support Associate?
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, communications, or related field/experience, with 12 years of applicable experience in marketing, account management or a business support function.
- Familiarity with the HVAC industry and products preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the operation of Microsoft software and able to work with the MS Office Suite, reporting software, business intelligence, web analytics tools.
- Excellent English language and grammar, with proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Focused, disciplined and organized with a high level of personal enthusiasm and selfmotivation.
- Maintain momentum on our big picture goals and projects and jump into daytoday tasks.
- Have a working knowledge of sales, business, and marketing processes with an ability to contribute to planning and strategic thinking.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
