We are a family-owned medium-sized company based in Gräfelfing near Munich. We offer our services to the housing industry in the areas of heating cost, water cost, and operating cost billing. Our product range includes high-quality solutions for consumption recording and billing of energy, water, and ancillary costs.

To strengthen our sales department, we are currently looking for a

Sales Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

for a permanent position in Gräfelfing near Munich.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for acquiring new customers and actively selling our products and services to property management companies, housing cooperatives, and building owners
You find commercial and customer-specific solutions for the client
You represent the company and maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships

Qualifications

Completed commercial training, preferably in the housing industry
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn, as well as technical understanding
Good knowledge of German, English is a plus
First professional experience is desirable
