Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Engagement Specialist to join our team.

As an Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing human service programs and pipelines to resources designed to improve the quality of life of inner-city residents.

Your direct services will include counseling, facilitating achievement plan process and case management. Your expertise in providing effective outcome-based customer service will be essential in promoting engagement and supporting our organization's mission.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement collaborative programs and interventions designed to improve the quality of life for innercity residents.
• Provide counseling, case management & referral services.
• Attend neighborhood meetings.
• Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain records, prepare reports.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Demonstrated effective experience in areas of responsibility.
• Effective interpersonal communications.

From $65,000.00 per year
