    Description

    Job Summary:
    Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking for highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at our facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role will require you to work on a full-time basis and you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our senior residents. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents, while also advancing your career in the healthcare industry.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.     Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide personal care and assistance to senior residents according to their individualized care plans

    • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

    • Monitor and report any changes in senior residents' physical or mental health to the nursing staff

    • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises

    • Help with medication reminders and documenting medication administration

    • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

    • Foster positive relationships with residents, family members, and other members of the healthcare team

    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Active and valid Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Hawaii

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with seniors, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living facility

    • Knowledge and understanding of resident care procedures and techniques

    • Ability to lift and transfer residents up to 50 pounds

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Must pass a background check and drug screening
