Role: Program Manager- WorkFront integration
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months

Description:
s a member of the M&A team, this Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams on the successful execution & completion of the Workfront Phase 1 Order to Billing (NetSuite to SAP ECC) initiative.

Services:

Oversees timeline, quality, and operations.
Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline.
Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependencies.
Works with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward.
Drives resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessary.
Establishes approach, tools, and templates to support program execution.
Provides status, guidance and impediment review to sponsors & stakeholders.
Facilitates Track, Cross Functional Team, Program Scrum of Scrums meetings to communicate and address risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and milestones delivery for the program.

Deliverables:

Execution Phase: Status Reports, Success Metrics Log Entries, RAID log Entries, Change log Entries, Escalation Procedure, Team Building Exercises, Team Recognition, Transition to Support Deck
Close Phase: Warranty Period Agreement, Executive Summary of Validated Benefits Realization, and Summary of Retrospective Lessons Learned

Requirements

Must have 4-7+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs)
Experience managing projects in SAP ECC preferred with S4 HANA experience as a big plus
Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
Experience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projects
Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots
Will be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholders
dvanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
Scrum knowledge to swiftly coordinate with Scrum team or run scrums if required
Experience managing software development programs, > 2 is a plus
Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
bility to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments

Nice to Have

Working experience as Scrum Master for 2-3 years
Knowledge in SAP ECC, NetSuite, Steel Bricks, and SFDC technologies.
Impact and influence - In times of high pressure, you listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade and carefully shape team's work to deliver truly impactful results
