For our client in the waste vehicle and lift system manufacturing industry with a location in Berlin, we are currently seeking a Head (m/f/d) for the Construction department.

This position is offered as a direct placement and in full-time.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility and supervision of the "Construction and Technical Order Processing" department
  • Supervision of series production in all technical areas
  • Creation and coordination of annual development planning, project controlling, budget, investment, and training planning
  • Support of the Marketing, Sales, and Service departments in all technical matters
  • Project management on a national and international level

Your Qualifications:

  • Master's or diploma degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
  • Several years of professional experience in comparable positions with previous leadership experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
