We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our client in Berlin to provide long-term support in the inbound department for customers in the utility sector.

Location:
Berlin

Classic administrative tasks

Work from Monday to Friday
2shift system between 7:00 am 8:00 pm

Requirements:
You preferably have a commercial education or relevant work experience in the commercial field. Entry-level candidates are also welcome

Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in German
Customer and serviceoriented behavior
