    Job Title: Youth Case Manager at Youth Dynamics


    • What You'll Do:
    • Youth Case Managers play a crucial role in our treatment teams, assisting diverse families impacted by mental health or substance use.
    • They connect families with essential services, ensuring positive outcomes for both children and families.
    • As a Youth Case Manager, you will build a network of professional contacts in various human service organizations and establish lasting relationships with your peers at Youth Dynamics.

    What You Will Receive from Us:

    • Starting Wage:
    • $16.99/ hour to $17.84/ hour with regular wage increases and bonuses throughout your tenure.
    • Benefits for full-time employees include a $500 Sign-on Bonus, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Retirement Savings Plan, Paid Time Off, and Mental Health Days.
    • Youth Dynamics Qualifies for the Federal Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program.

    Key Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, guidance, human services, or related field compatible with Youth Dynamics programs is desired.
    • Relevant work experience may be considered in place of education, under special circumstances.
    • At least one year of experience working with youth facing mental health challenges.
    • Demonstrated quality work ethic and performance in previous roles.
    • Ability to utilize your vehicle for local travel in case a company vehicle is unavailable.
