We are looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

Your tasks:

  • Independent management of construction projects from order receipt to acceptance
  • Ensuring the quality, deadlines, and cost-effective execution of all work on the construction site
  • Participation in and documentation of construction and coordination meetings
  • Assistance in the preparation and processing of additional agreements
  • Partially responsible for work preparation and coordination of own personnel and subcontractors
  • Support in cost estimation
  • Preparation of measurements

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification, e.g. degree as construction technician (m/f/d)
  • Relevant professional experience desirable
  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan ahead and enjoy coordinating complex processes
  • Organizational skills within teamwork
  • Knowledge of VOB
