The Job:

Own existing and build new relationships with institutions, students, career services, academic personnel, and student organizations.
Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, workshops, and other universityrelated activities to showcase our organization as an employer of choice.
Manage internal campus ambassadors with campus event needs; scheduling, curating presentations, shipping materials, and other needs which may arise.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and hiring metrics through external and internal recruiting platforms and manage the new hire processes in these systems.
Develop and share monthly recap of Early Career recruiting initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging university recruitment strategies to continually enhance our approach.

You also have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field.
2+ years of highly productive recruiting related experience specifically in Early Career/University Relations.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to create and promote an inclusive environment of diverse talent.
Experience using webbased job boards and other online recruiting sources; Handshake a plus
Workday experience a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
