The Job:


  • Own existing and build new relationships with institutions, students, career services, academic personnel, and student organizations.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, workshops, and other universityrelated activities to showcase our organization as an employer of choice.
  • Manage internal campus ambassadors with campus event needs; scheduling, curating presentations, shipping materials, and other needs which may arise.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and hiring metrics through external and internal recruiting platforms and manage the new hire processes in these systems.
  • Develop and share monthly recap of Early Career recruiting initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging university recruitment strategies to continually enhance our approach.

You also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field.
  • 2+ years of highly productive recruiting related experience specifically in Early Career/University Relations.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to create and promote an inclusive environment of diverse talent.
  • Experience using webbased job boards and other online recruiting sources; Handshake a plus
  • Workday experience a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
