What will be your role?

Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into potential breaches of Siemens' business conduct guidelines and external regulations in the Europe-Africa region.
Plan, manage, and report on investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure timely completion of investigations with a focus on risk mitigation and prioritization.
Conduct interviews with all involved parties, including senior management if necessary.
Stay uptodate on technical developments and utilize forensic data analytics.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, the wider Compliance organization, and other stakeholders within the company.
Maintain the excellent reputation of the Siemens Investigation and Regulatory department and contribute to its continuous improvement.
