Venture Out offers over 90 activities a day ranging from computer and pottery classes to pool parties and putting tournaments.

You will assist us as we build community by bringing people together, where they live and, in the offices, where we work.

As an employee you will work with residents and community partners ensuring adherence to community standards.


Position Duties / Responsibilities / Attributes:

• Provide professional public relations.
• Knowledgeable of all Venture Out governing documents as well as Condo Community Statutes in Arizona, staying uptodate and aware of any new revisions; be adaptable to change.
• Work with homeowners to ensure permits / projects comply with community documents.
• Issue Venture Out Permit Requests and Trash Permits.
• Follow the Architectural permitting process from approval to finish.
• Monitor and review lots / properties for compliance with all CC&Rs.
• Review compliance with the SRP Easement requirements.
• Ability to utilize verbal, written and electronic communications in a professional manner.
• Effective communication (oral, written or otherwise) skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain a compliance and architectural calendar / schedule.
• Ability to work within a fast paced, detailoriented position.
• Build a positive community presence, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain appropriate compliance and architectural lot documentation.
• Work with the Architectural Committee.
• Present to the Condo Board of Directors when required.

The Architectural Compliance position reports to the General Manager and performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
