- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to OSHA and other legal guidelines. Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety for all of our locations
- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and
adherence to the law - Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and
accident prevention - Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe
conditions - Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle
worker's compensation claims - Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new
prevention measures - 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws and guidelines,
including OSHA standards - Ability to provide detailed reports and develop safety procedures
- Good understanding of data analysis and risk assessment
- Excellent organizational, leadership and motivational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Standvast Fulfillment seeks an experienced Safety Network Manager for our fulfillment center in Reno, NV. Supporting our Columbia, MD and Memphis,TN locations. Standvast is leveraging a track record of developing best in class supply chains for the world's leading e-Commerce businesses to develop a technology-enabled, purpose-built e-Commerce fulfillment platform focused on high-growth brands. Standvast will serve thousands of brands generating billions of e-Commerce sales and will become a critical element to their success so they can serve their customer with excellence at a far faster pace than otherwise possible. This position must have an understanding of processes and the importance of WHS with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. They must flourish in a production-oriented environment. The ability to anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment is key. The selected individual must be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience with Direct to Consumer, E-Commerce, or omni-commerce is preferred.
