Description

We are looking for a new team member for our lunchtime care (ÜMI) at Richard-Schirrmann-Schule in Hennef, Bedford.

Your responsibilities will include accompanying and supporting 8 students aged 6 to approximately 10 years old on school days from (no care during school holidays in NRW).

You will work closely with the pedagogical support staff and the management of the extended day program at the school.

Your tasks will involve planning and ensuring the pedagogical group work and structure, including providing a shared lunch snack in the group rooms.

You will also be responsible for homework supervision and academic support, as well as promoting and developing motivation, interests, and skills.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the group budget.

We are looking for someone with personal and professional qualifications in working with students with special needs in the primary level.

Previous experience in group work, integration assistance, or youth services is desired. We value creativity and enthusiasm for working with the extended day program and school education as a whole.

You should also have a sense of responsibility and organizational skills, as well as competencies in group pedagogy and leisure activities.

It is important that you share our Christian values and goals, and have good teamwork and computer skills.
