    **Description**

    **Position Purpose:** The Team Leader is responsible for the management and daily supervision of a medical suite team. The team leader will also complete documentation within specified time frames, provide training, quality assurance, staff supervision, administration, and attend required meetings. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

    **Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:**

    High School Diploma or GED and one year of addiction treatment experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

    Minimum CNA, CMA or EMT certification or greater

    Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid training complete within three months

    Skilled in behavioral management techniques

    Ability to lead discussion and educational presentations

    Valid Illinois driver's license

    **Essential Responsibilities:**

    Work hours prescribed by supervisor and be available to work additional hours when necessary. Overtime may be required.

    Oversight of just in time call in system (2) separate lines for adults/children, respond to calls, check record for compliance/insurance prior to scheduling and determine coordinate platform to be used.

    Oversight and training of all medical assistants on review of systems face to face with client prior to visit with provider, including documentation of review of systems.

    Ensure 100% of all psychiatric appointments with Psychiatrist are filled and be available to provider if needs arises.

    Back up for medical assistant to cover.

    Monitor and respond to med refill line.

    Completion of all prior authorizations.

    Manage flow of clients in medical suite and ensure optimal delivery of psychiatric services.

    Ensure providers schedules are filled.

    Troubleshoot connectivity issues with providers.

    Serve as a member of the Office Support Services team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

    Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as nursing meetings, department meetings, or appropriate committee meetings as designated.

    Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

    Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

    Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

    Assume any additional responsibilities as assigned.
