    Job Details:
    Treasury Manager

    Plymouth Meeting, PA

    130-150K and Bonus


    Role:


    Reporting to the VP of Finance, The Treasury Manager will be responsible for leading a small team as well as the day to day treasury functions.

    This position would interact with financial executives within the company and oversee cash management, AR, AP, fixed assets and debt, any borrowing or investing activities, internal controls, credit, cash flow, manage risk, capital markets, reporting, etc.

    This position would also be involved with negotiations, any M&A activity, audit preparation, etc.


    Responsibilities:
    Support Financial Executives with any treasury functions, including negotiations, M&A activity, debt, or investing activities
    Oversight of the day to day treasury functions including AR, AR, fixed assets, debt, reconciliations, etc.
    Oversight of all cash management activities including positions, reporting, forecasting, investments, wires, etc.
    Work with and manage bank relationships including bank account setup
    Ensure internal controls, compliance, policies and procedures are in place
    Manage risk, interest, credit agreements, etc.
    Support cash flow, financial negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, etc.
    Perform and own analysis including variance analysis, financial analysis, modeling, etc.
    Present findings to executive team


    Qualifications:
    Master's or MBA is required
    CPA or other certifications are a plus
    8+ years of progressive accounting, finance and treasury experience
    Prior experience working and managing bank relationships
    Prior supervisory / management experience is required


    Compensation:


    A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a Base Salary, 20% bonus, medical, dental, vision, great 401K, profit sharing, tuition, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, etc.


    Working Conditions:
