Customer Service Rep, Long Term Care - New Berlin, United States - Lincare Inc.
Description
This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center.Responsibilities:
- Account Management Duties
- Data entry, detail oriented and problem solving skills
- Follow up with internal departments for customer resolution
- Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
- Timely responses and accountable for productivity
- Positive attitude, team player, results oriented
Requirements:
- Read and analyze documents such as customer orders
- Effectively communicate with coworkers and customers alike
- Help with the training of employees
Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer literacy is necessary
Physical Demands:
The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
