What tasks will you take on at St. Johns?



First, you will go through our individual training program, where you will be prepared for the technical and professional challenges. Then, you will be integrated into a dynamic team of experienced consultants, working on various projects and at different locations, where you will learn on-the-job.

Possible areas of deployment include:

  • Implementation of new regulatory requirements (e.g. market, credit, liquidity or operational risk)
  • Review and update of existing risk structure and risk management organization
  • Realignment, expansion and/or optimization of existing IT systems
  • Technical support in the development of small software tools that we develop for our clients

Your profile

  • Ideally, a degree in natural sciences, business or economics
  • We are also open to candidates with a different academic background, as long as they have a strong interest in IT and finance
  • Ideally, completed internship in the financial industry at banks, insurance companies
