    Service CoordinatorDirect Hire
    HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Full time
    Office Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMSalary: $23/hr.
    To manage and coordinate the activities of the technicians and customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing all aspects of service delivery, including scheduling, dispatching and resolving service-related issues.

    Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the service contract activity within the companyContact customers when service contracts are coming up for renewalOpen cases in Salesforce needed for contract inspections and assign them to the appropriate service technicianFollow up and close cases in SalesforceProvide service all quotations as requestedSchedule techniciansPrepare service backup for billingOther DutiesPrimary backup, when needed, for processing spare parts ordersRequirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent5 years of experience in service coordinator or similar roleExcellent communication skillsProblem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office and other office software (in Excel, download reports from Salesforce and SAP, sorting, tracking, no formulas, but able to run reports and play around with the fields)Knowledge of regulationsBenefitsMedical coverage is provided through the company, which presently covers 100% of Employee Medical Benefits.

    Dental and Vision benefits will be at the cost of the employee through bi-weekly payroll deductions.

    Insurance will take effect on the first of the month following 60 days of full time employment with timely submitted forms.
