Hill & Stone Insurance Agency is seeking an assistant office manager to perform the following job functions:- Data entry of client information into systems to obtain insurance quotes
- Organizing new client information in office system
- Supporting the insurance account managers with proposals & presentations
- Be reliable and have few (or no) unexpected absences
- Have a strong work ethic
- Work well with others
- Have strong English communications skills
If down the road this individual has an interest in pursuing higher levels of insurance and it is a fit, our agency will support and fund the pursuit of an insurance license.
Our agency supports education, growth within the company, and salary increases as employees gain experience & take on further responsibility.
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
