    Description:

    Position Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team.
    • In this role, you will play a central role in the successful execution of digital projects within the food and beverage manufacturing sector, with a focus on industry 4.0 initiatives.
    • Your responsibilities will go beyond traditional project management, as you will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, fostering innovation, and driving efficiency in production processes.

    • To excel in this role, you must possess a sense of urgency, the ability to work under tight deadlines and be self-motivated, agile, and results-focused.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Technical Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Leading the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing digital projects.
    • Defining and communicating project scope, objectives, and expectations.
    • Identifying project resource requirements and resolving resource constraints.
    • Building and managing project schedules, tracking activities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Managing roadblocks and implementing risk mitigation plans.
    • Coordinating and facilitating project meetings and reviews.
    • Providing transparency and communication on project status and risks to cross-functional team members and leadership.
    • Managing project budgets and ensuring a commitment to return on investment.
    • Ensuring project goals align with company objectives and are clearly defined.
    • Executing change management for each project.
    • Managing stakeholders and aligning deliverables.
    • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the digital space.
    • Participating in portfolio management and maintenance activities.
    • Travel will be required at approx. 20-50% depending on project needs.

    Requirements and Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering/automation/science field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
    • PMP Certification preferred.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of project management experience.
    • 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with waterfall, agile, scrum, and SDLC project methodologies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Projects or equivalent tools.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • 5+ years of manufacturing system integration experience (PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP).
    • Applied knowledge and understanding of ANSI/ISA 95 Standard.
    • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
    • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously preferred.
    • Experience with process qualification and validation in the pharmaceutical or food industry preferred.
