About the Role

At Cyncly we strive to deliver to our customers the best products possible. Driving these deliverables is a skilled and dedicated project management team.

We are searching for a highly qualified project manager to help us maintain our position as a best-in-class software provider.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing industry experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing project plans and working closely with clients.

The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to clients and management-level stakeholders, ensuring our goal of successful project implementation is achieved.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain project management plan; documenting scope, risk, resource, stakeholder, and schedule plans for the project.

Manage project finances, keeping the customer and internal stakeholders informed regularly.

Develop and maintain partnerships with customers and internal departments.

Keep stakeholders engaged in project and on target in terms of scope and timeline.

Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

Establish and maintain project schedule.

Required skills and qualifications

Two or more years of project management experience

Understanding of software development and implementation project lifecycle

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

Proven success working with all levels of management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Travel is required.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Professional certification such as PMP

Experience in software implementation

Technical experience in SQL and/or Visual Basic

Experience in training project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
