Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival
- Checkin and checkout guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate as necessary
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
