Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.


Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival
• Checkin and checkout guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate as necessary
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong customer service and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Nights as needed
• Night shift
• Weekends only

• Hotel experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

• Brooklyn, NY 11203: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
