- Reach out to donors and prospects to secure donations and ticket renewals/sales primarily through phone calls, face to face visits and emails.
- Identify new and cultivate/steward existing introductory-to-high level athletics donors.
- Serve as primary athletics contact for a portfolio of approximately 750+ mid-level annual donors and major gift prospects.
- Meet and exceed personal fundraising metrics and contribute to team goals.
- Assist with Athletic Department's premium sales and stewardship management needs.
- Advance the John Purdue Club (JPC) membership, marketing, and communications efforts, while furthering the overarching Athletics Department goal of developing student-athletes into scholars, champions, and citizens.
- Some travel, night and weekend work required.

- Capable of adhering to and complying with Purdue University, Purdue Research Foundation, Big Ten Conference, and NCAA applicable rules, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents.
- Regular and reliable attendance are requirements of this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sports Management/Administration, Hospitality and Tourism management or related field required.
- Minimum of two years of fundraising, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Customer service focus and background a high priority.
- Athletic fundraising or sales experience preferred.
