    Description

    Essential Job Duties -

    • Supervise and actively participate in daily kitchen operations to ensure all kitchen employees have the support and resources necessary to deliver high-quality food to guests. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as all Company service and operating standards.
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality food across all restaurants and outlets.
    • Assist in developing new menus and recipes, and continuously test existing recipes to ensure consistent quality.
    • Analyze food sales to identify opportunities for menu optimization and make recommendations to the Executive Chef.
    • Monitor kitchen activities to achieve maximum efficiency and maintain smooth operations.
    • Enforce all hygiene, sanitation, and food-safety standards, with particular attention to proper food preparation and storage.
    • Assist in training, developing, and scheduling kitchen staff to ensure appropriate staffing and skill proficiency.
    • Serve as expediter when needed to support timely and accurate food delivery.
    • Ensure all POS procedures are followed accurately and consistently.
    • Design and facilitate training programs to ensure staff understand and meet Company service and operating standards as well as applicable regulations.
    • Ensure consistent and fair application of all Casino Food Services Rules and Regulations.
    • Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing documentation of both positive and constructive feedback according to service and operating standards.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.
