About UsASB is one of the largest relief and welfare organizations in the Heilbronn-Franken region.
With over 2,000 full-time employees, numerous volunteers, and individuals in voluntary service, we are dedicated to providing services such as rescue operations, home care, and care in our 16 residential facilities, as well as support for people with disabilities and integration needs, in kindergartens, therapy centers, and transportation services.
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating individual and group activities for our residents, organizing events and outings, contributing to the development and implementation of new concepts, motivating and developing our employees, monitoring and managing financial goals, ensuring capacity utilization and resident acquisition, representing and networking with the facility externally, managing home cost billing, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting public relations and personnel management.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in business administration, social work, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a leadership role, a strong understanding of business principles, experience in residential elderly care, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
