The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of maintenance and repair activities at our properties.

This includes supervising maintenance staff, conducting equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance, managing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring the overall maintenance management of our properties.

This is an onsite role located in Chicago, IL.


Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills
• Experience in equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Experience in maintenance management
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks
• Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• HVAC and plumbing experience
• Pricing and job quoting experience

Core responsibilities

• Oversees all work order management, completion and reporting
• Leads portfolio of vendors, suppliers and regularly recruits new partnerships
• Coordinates unit turnovers
• Assists with move in / move outs
• Assists with project management and development
• Directs snow removal services
• Directs property landscaping services
• Conducts Spring & Fall property inspections to ensure they are ready for the upcoming Summer/Winter season.
• Responsible for direct communication with tenants for all Maintenance requests
• Responsible for communication in Maintenance related Owner approvals to the Property Managers.

Pay:
$61, $81,227.00 per year
