Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Insulation Technician with expertise in spray foam, fiberglass batt installation, and blown-in insulation. The ideal candidate will have a valid chauffeur's license and a passion for delivering high-quality insulation services.
Responsibilities
- Install spray foam, fiberglass batts, and blown-in insulation in residential and commercial settings.
- Operate insulation equipment safely and efficiently.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Conduct site assessments to determine insulation needs and ensure proper material application.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
Qualifications
- Required: Valid chauffeur's license with a clean driving record.
- Required: Proven experience in spray foam, fiberglass batt installation, and blown-in insulation.
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
