Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you will lead the charge in enhancing our brand through targeted digital marketing strategies.

This role demands a proactive leader with a knack for both strategy creation and detailed execution across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon, and various social media channels.

Reporting directly to the Senior E-commerce Manager, you will be an integral part of a 5-person digital marketing team, working collaboratively to meet and exceed our business objectives.


Responsibilities:


Acquisition and Campaign Management:


  • Develop and implement targeted strategies for paid search, social media, and affiliate marketing to enhance customer engagement and boost conversions, while optimizing ad spend to align with overall business goals.
  • Ensure that all media campaigns, including PPC, paid social, and retargeting, are meticulously planned, executed, and optimized in realtime. Manage timelines, creative processes, and campaign deliverables to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Serve as the daytoday point of contact for PPC and digital marketing agencies. Ensure that agency deliverables align with our strategic goals and are completed to our standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with agencies to gather data on campaign results, but critically evaluate and independently analyze all aspects of campaign performance, including reach, traffic, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs. Generate detailed monthly reports and use these insights to refine and optimize ongoing strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Monitor and track the paid marketing budget. Process invoices and reconcile budgets monthly to ensure spending aligns with strategic goals and delivers optimal returns.
  • Create and manage a yearly promotional calendar. Coordinate across teams to execute necessary tactics across channels, ensuring seamless deployment of marketing initiatives that support broader business objectives.
  • Work to manage flows of marketing, triggered sends, and abandoned cart
  • Provide monthly reporting tracking open rate, clickthrough rate, conversion rate, revenue, customer retention, and other key KPIs

Social Media Management:


  • Develop and manage the social media calendar, strategize and implement both organic posts and paid campaigns to boost engagement and meet marketing objectives. Ensure that the social media efforts align seamlessly with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to produce creative and compelling marketing materials that resonate with the target audience. This involves guiding the creative process and ensuring all content supports the company's goals and appeals to the customer base.

Leadership & Alignment:


  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that effectively integrate various channels and platforms, aligning with the company's goals and KPIs.
  • Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to produce creative and compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and other team members to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with our Marketing Associate.
  • Serve as a project manager for marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to developing and sharing best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, processing invoices and reconciling budgets monthly to ensure spending aligns with strategic goals and delivers optimal returns.

Third-Party Channels:


  • Identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing listings on thirdparty channels such as Amazon. Develop and lead PPC campaigns and create A+ content to ensure brand consistency and market competitiveness.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with thirdparty platforms like Amazon, particularly in managing PPC campaigns and creating A+ content.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and metrics, guiding marketing decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong organizational skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with experience in mentoring or managing teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and constantly changing environment.
  • Proactive and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Must be able to commute to our Monroe, CT
