- Prepare and manage tax returns, income tax, financial statements, and other relevant taxes
- Run client engagements including consultations, recommendations, and tax planning
- Identify potential tax concerns and ensure compliance
- Correspond with authorities regarding tax inquiries, audits, and notices.
- Involved in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Mentor junior employees within the team, fostering their professional growth
- Manage a team of 10
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of experience, preferably with public accounting or similar industry experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax compliance and consulting
- Solid communication skills and ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- 6 Weeks Annual Leave
- 4-day work week
- No time-sheets
- Work-from-home policy whereby staff have the option of 3 days from home.
- Involvement in advisory work immediately
- Direct involvement with major stakeholders and gain exposure to a variety of different areas in the business
- Full CPA Support (Paid upfront + 4 days leave per module).
