Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator_ _for our Caregiver Wellness team.


  • This is a hybrid role with a required commute of at least once per month into our main office located in New York or the FreedomCare hub closest to you._

Department & Position Overview:

Our Caregiver Wellness team focuses on enhancing the Caregiver's experience by providing insight and support with employee benefits.

The Wellness Coordinator role provides exceptional customer service while delivering benefits orientations and assisting with medical, dental, and vision plans, employment verifications, and more.


Every Day You Will

  • Deconstruct complex benefits concepts into digestible pieces to ensure not only awareness, but the comprehension of benefits to drive utilization and improve caregiver satisfaction
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fastpaced customer service environment and meet expected metrics, key performance indicator's and quality of service standards
  • Display empathy, actively listen, and clearly communicate with callers to ensure their needs are addressed and to foster a positive experience and relationship
  • Address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response time of resolution
  • Consistently meet internal service level agreements and goals in a timely manner
  • Ability to navigate through multiple platforms to provide caregivers with the most accurate information
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate challenging conversations and address caller's concerns with empathy and compassion
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Experience in highvolume inbound and outbound call environment
  • Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills; ability to comfortably resolve issues over the telephone
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage caregivers by taking the extra mile in resolving any issues/concerns
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Proactive with a commitment to excellence in your work
  • Flexibility and openness as the role and responsibilities may change and or evolve as we grow

Nice-to-Haves:


  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
