Position Overview:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Strategic Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to networking, social media, job boards, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent.

Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the organization's values.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.

Metrics and Reporting:

Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in both Miami and West Palm.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of

Recruiting Experience:
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing high-quality candidates.

Industry Knowledge:
