Position Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent to support the growth and success of [Your Company Name].

ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers

Strategic Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to networking, social media, job boards, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent

Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the organization's values

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function

Metrics and Reporting:
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in both Miami and West Palm.

QualificationsMinimum 5 years of Recruiting Experience:
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing high-quality candidates

Industry Knowledge:
