- Serve as a negotiator between purchasers and prospective sellers
- Guide buyers in selecting financing solutions that fit their needs by linking them to a preferred lender
- Present offer(s) to sellers or seller's representatives
- Participate in open houses, networking events, team building, and training sessions to improve sales skills
- Network and market continually to generate new customers
- Cold call and prospect on a daily basis

Responsibilities:The Misty SOLDwisch Home Selling Team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Innovations is a unique real estate opportunity in Central Iowa. We have the privilege of being the only Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office in Central Iowa, and also the home of the highest-producing real estate team in Central Iowa.
