Description

We are looking for a Director Of Marketing to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

You will also ensure that the organizations message is clearly defined and distributed across all channels and targeted audiences, as well as the coordination of the organizations marketing budge.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
  • Determine product demand and customer awareness
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Review and optimize marketing budget
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
  • Understand and guide efforts in graphic design as well as website creation and maintenance
  • Drive organizations brand strategy, including assistance with possibly redefining and reimagining the organizations current brand strategy to ensure that it is properly aligned with the organizations strategic plan

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in business, communications, or related fields
  • 5+ years proven experience in marketing director role
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detailoriented
  • Network marketing and ecommerce marketing experience is a must
