    Excelcare at Manalapan is a leading long-term care (LTC) facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for youWe are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping and Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

    In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between housekeeping and maintenance operations.

    You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to floor care, cleaning projects, and handy work.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing designated areas.
    Handle floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
    Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, painting, and performing minor repairs.
    Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
    Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in housekeeping and/or maintenance roles preferred.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
    Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
    Proficiency in performing minor repairs and handy work.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
