Your role:

As a Field Service Engineer at VinFast, you will be responsible for working closely with sales and service personnel to address and resolve field and customer issues.

This role will require you to collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, service, and part return centers to escalate, diagnose, and resolve field quality issues.

You will also be responsible for providing timely updates and reports to management and stakeholders.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a strong background in Service Engineering, development of service department tools, and field service engineering programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive and determined mindset, with a strong work ethic.
