Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers.

As a Server at Rice Thief, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed explanations of the menu, making recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the pointofsale system.
• Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a midupscale restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine and familiarity with menu items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a positive, teamoriented attitude.
