At EōS Fitness, the Service Associate is a critical role. Service employees are the first person a member encounters, making us the face of the EōS. We are looking for an energetic person with a passion for fitness to join our growing team.As a Service Desk employee, you must possess great customer service, a high level of professionalism, dependability and have a positive attitude even during the busiest of times.

Operations
Position Purpose:
Be a great host, the members best source of information and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff.
Core Purpose:
To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Other Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Payment on Account
- Club cleanliness
- Building and equipment maintenance and safety
Accountabilities:
- Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door
- Phone Power Protocol
- Cash Protocol
- Check-Ins, including guest and employee
- Manage alerted check-ins
- Monitoring Coolers, Drink/Bar Inventory and Sales
Requirements for Success:
- Fight hard to win.
- Takes ownership of results.
- Adapts well and quickly to various situations and multitask.
- Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
- Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.
- Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills.
- Must be extremely organized.
- Able to work independently, multitask in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and highquality work.
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, earlymornings, afternoons, evenings and latenight shifts.
- Comfortable with a computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus, phone etiquette, and good at math.
Other requirements:
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
