Technical Sales Glass Hardware (m/f/d)


Starting: Immediately
Location: Haan
Working hours: Full-time
Department: Commercial

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice to colleagues at branch offices via phone, video call, email, chat, and in person
  • Continuous training and knowledge transfer to the sales team at branch offices regarding division products
  • Create technical drawings
  • Present, demonstrate, and advise on products on-site, conduct employee and customer training
  • Monitor the market and competitors, identify trends and changes in the market
  • Exchange information with product managers (market, competition, and product information, customer feedback) for assortment optimization
  • Regularly visit/support branch offices and participate in and visit trade fairs in Germany and abroad, including preparation and follow-up
