Description
Dermatology Specialists, Inc. (DSI) is looking for a front office receptionist/call center representative to join our team. Our receptionists/call center representatives are the "face" of DSI and an important first impression of our practice.

They are the first persons see and speak with to schedule appointments or get help for any questions they may have.


  • Can assist our patients with a friendly attitude, every time
  • Can Answer the phone with a friendly voice and attitude, every time
  • Have previously worked in a call center setting
  • Can meet productivity goals
  • Are able to put themselves in our patients "shoes" and be understanding of our patients needs
  • Have strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Have 12 years of medical reception experience in a busy environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Give service with a smile
  • Experience in insurance verification and appointment scheduling

Duties:


  • Checking in and out patients
  • Selling and answering questions about our dermatology products and services
  • Verifying insurances
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Collecting payments
  • Answering high volume of phone calls
