Every detail is carefully considered to make your experience truly exceptional. During the weekends, we encourage our guests to stay and enjoy our nightclub after dinner. We aim to bring world-renowned producers to the nightclub while also introducing new artists to our scene.

Summary

  • Will help the General Manager with daily responsibilities. Oversight overall operations for the venue. Position will be vital to the aid of all management. Main responsibility will be working next to the GM to eventually learn the role and step in when needed. Service will be a main focal point for the position as well as employee relations. Hiring and training will go hand in hand with this. Will oversee the Operations, Club, VIP and Security Managers.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage service aspects of both restaurant and nightclub operations.
  • Provide direction to hosts, servers, barback, bartenders, VIP staff, and security, ensuring execution of all employee duties.
  • Write and manage the dining room and nightclub schedules.
  • Monitor front of house operations to ensure compliance with health and fire department regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local food handling, alcohol service, sound code, fire code, and any other regulations, requirements and standards.
  • Ensure excellent quality and execution of service throughout all day parts and promotions.
  • Lead in the implementation and management of dining room and nightclub policies and procedures throughout each shift.
  • Manage all ordering of alcohol, nonalcoholic beverages, paper supplies, office supplies, and specialty goods.
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of all front of house areas including dining room, club, restrooms, patio, bars, and storage areas.
  • Ensure utilization of documentation including training materials, recipes, side work, and opening and closing checklists.
  • Complete monthly beverage inventory.
  • Anticipate, identify, and correct any issues with quality, execution, inventory, systems, and staffing.
  • Monitor labor costs to attain budgeted goals within established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor cost of goods to attain budgeted goals within established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and manage relationships with DJs and promoter partners.
  • Oversee and approve initial and ongoing training and development of all front of house staff.
  • Lead the hiring process by conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
  • Oversee a team of service managers who assist with all the above.

$60, $70,000.00 per year
