Managing nursing processes and further developing the nursing and care concept Staff planning and personnel management: motivating, promoting, developing, inspiring Ensuring high quality care Being a contact person for residents, employees, relatives, authorities and doctors This is what makes us happy: You have completed training as a qualified nursing professional and have a qualification as a nursing director.
