Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Exhibit an enthusiastic and positive attitude, serving as a team player and company culture advocate.
Represent the face of the company with an outgoing presence, welcoming clients and team members alike.
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize team trainings.
Assist with weekly reporting for Level 10 executive meetings.
Foster a friendly and collaborative team environment by planning team activities and building relationships.
Ensure the office is running efficiently by maintaining supplies and completing administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Outgoing personality and a genuine passion for working with people.
